Warranty Coverage: We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for our coiled or straight keyboard cables against defects in materials and workmanship, provided that the cable has been used under normal conditions and has not been subject to misuse, mishandling, or intentional damage. This warranty is valid only for cables that are free from any visible harm or signs of abuse.

Warranty Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps: a. Contact our customer support team within the warranty period by email - kingcables88@gmail.com. b. Provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, along with a clear description and supporting evidence of the defect. Attach photos, videos etc.. c. Our customer support team will assess your claim and determine whether the issue falls within the warranty coverage. d. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the defective cable, and we will either repair or replace the cable at our discretion. e. If the cable is no longer available or has been discontinued, we may offer a comparable replacement, depending on the circumstances.

Cables that show visible harm, damage, or signs of abuse, including but not limited to cuts, burns, fraying, kinks, or stretching beyond normal use. b.
